At Sugess, we strive for perfection in every timepiece, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. All returned products must include the original packaging, protective films, and warranty cards to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original luxury box, ensuring all protective stickers are intact and the warranty booklet is included.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for security.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
